Details

Next to the place called Joybangla Mor, there is Kodalia Shahidnagar fort and mass grave. It was in this fortified land that the Pak army killed innocent people of Nagarkanda upazila and buried them. In 1971, 34 freedom fighters were killed and buried here after being attacked by Pakistani invaders during the Great War of Independence.
